What is your designation for counselling services?
I have 25 years experience in the wellness industry. For over a decade, I've worked as a holistic & mindfulness coach both privately and corporately. I recently graduated from Rhodes Wellness College with a professional counselling diploma and I am now working under supervision as a pre-licensed therapeutic counsellor (RTC-​c #3923) ​through ACCT​. I am offering counselling services privately, ​to couples & ​in groups.

O​ur w​ellness offerings include both in person and online private and group sessions that promote mind-body connection. Offerings include professional counselling​, holistic coaching and mindfulness practices such as yoga and meditation, (online) and Full Moon (in person in Vancouver) ​circles. We also offer Retreats so you can get away from the daily grind and connect with Self, and others in natural environments and settings.
